We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused Showroom supervisor to join our team in our stunning Chelsea Flagship showroom. This is a 40 hours a week role which requires weekend availability. The showroom supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom and sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting sales targets, managing staff performance, and maintaining high merchandising standards. The supervisor will acts as a key point of contact for both customers and team members, helping to create a positive shopping experience and efficient store operation. Team Leadership Supervise and support sales associates and store staff during daily operations. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate floor coverage. Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service goals. Address employee concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Sales & Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers with furniture selection, product information, and purchase decisions. Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Monitor sales performance and encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Support achievement of store sales targets and KPIs. Store Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures. Ensure showroom displays are clean, attractive, and compliant with company standards. Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages. Coordinate merchandise replenishment and stock movements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Administrative Duties Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates. Support store management with operational planning and reporting. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance. Qualifications & Experience Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in furniture, home furnishings,trade or a related retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with point of sale systems.
