Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of one or more food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant or food service operations, inventory management and operational planning.
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse operational performance and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale or restaurant management systems.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing multiple outlets is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations and workplace safety requirements.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control and business performance management.
