Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in technical service, R&D, or applications development, with strong emphasis on batter, breading, and coating systems.
- Understanding of common food processes, food ingredient functionality and ingredient interactions including sweeteners, texturizers, stabilizers, flavors and functional nutritional ingredients. Specific B&B/coating experience is a plus.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Preferred previous experience in a technical service role or similar with familiarity with customer account support and management.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits, trials, and industry events.
- Technically curious, hands-on, and motivated by solving real-world customer challenges.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts clearly and confidently.
