Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies across the APAC region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and drive recruitment strategies.

- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other employment-related documentation.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR (Oracle) systems.
- Maintain employee benefits programs, including the addition enrollment, change, termination movement.
- People & Culture Initiatives
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, learning programs, site management, and internal communications from an administrative and logistical perspective.
- Contribute to regional and global HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.
- Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of employment practices within APAC countries is an advantage.
