Support interview scheduling process for communication logistics for both hiring teams and candidates - applicable for determined job levels. Informing unsuccessful candidates on the outcome. Support on basic phone-screening as and when needed - applicable for determined job levels. Support to collate candidates's requested documents prior to interviews, follow up with shortlisted candidates on requested documents before salary offers/proposals. Supporting other ad hoc assignments such as internship, market intelligence, recruitment events, supporting other markets' recruiting effort, to name a few. Responsible to drive the full-cycle recruitment for assigned divisions. Foster cross-collaboration and act as talent advisor to the business through talent insights, quality and timely sourcing to deliver Prudential-fit talents Support the development of creative sourcing approaches to build quality talent pools. Ensure exceptional business and candidates' experience at every step. Maintain tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics into central tracker.
