Responsibilities
- Prepares and calculate subdivision plats and site plans
- Assists in peer reviews and feedback of work products
- Prepares abandonment applications
- Prepares special request applications

Requirements
- High Scholl Diploma required; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of related work experience as a Platting Coordinator or Technician.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough understanding of subdivision platting process
- Thorough understanding of agency regulations
- Capable and willing to drive personal vehicle throughout region.
