Outsystems Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Build and enhance custom integrations, APIs, microservices, and serverless solutions where required.
• Develop front-end interfaces, back-end logic, data models, and database components.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews to ensure application quality.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and Agile development practices.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize application performance while providing production support.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience developing applications using OutSystems (certification is a plus).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end development using Python, C#, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of the OutSystems platform, including application development, workflows, data modelling, and UI design.
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3).
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab.
