Exciting Opportunity at MSK : Join our Infusion Team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients! Role Overview: The Infusion APP provides patient-centric care in a busy, multi-disease chemotherapy infusion suite, serving primarily adult patients with a small group of pediatric patients. In collaboration with infusion RNs and primary oncology teams, the infusion APP enhances the patient experience by streamlining care and supporting optimal treatment outcomes in an outpatient setting. Key Qualifications: Current New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant At least 3 years of oncology APP experience At least 2 years of chemotherapy experience Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications For NP candidates, Family Nurse Practitioner education preferred If internal candidate, acute care and ambulatory care experience preferred If external candidate, experience as an infusion APP preferred Experience with Epic Systems helpful Core Skills: Proven ability to make timely and effective decisions that drive organizational success and keep operations moving forward. Skilled at working effectively in environments with complex and sometimes conflicting information, maintaining focus and clarity. Adept at organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals, ensuring efficient and effective workflows. Able to engage and gain the support of others by effectively communicating your vision, priorities, and perspectives. Demonstrates adaptability in approach and demeanor, adjusting to meet the shifting demands of evolving situations and environments. Additional Information: Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 8 am - 6 pm, Monday-Saturday, potential to provide cross coverage at other sites Location: MSK Nassau, 1101 Hempstead Tpke, Uniondale, NY 11553 & MSK Commack, 650 Commack Rd, Commack, NY 11725 Reporting to : Associate Director, APP Pay Range : $155,500-$197,400/annually Helpful Links : Compensation Philosophy
