- Supports compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements related to Nursing Administration.
- Serves as a divisional timekeeper for Nursing Administration.
- Provides backup administrative coverage within Nursing Administration as needed.

Position Overview The Coordinator of Nursing Administration provides high-level administrative and operational support to Nursing Administration leadership to ensure efficient day to day operations and effective coordination across nursing departments. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Nursing Administration, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $25.12 - $35.87 per hour, depending on experience ----- Education/Experience Minimum Required: Associate's degree in administrative support or related field and a minimum of three (3) years' experience at a program/project level providing administrative support Preferred: Five (5) years of experience working at an Executive Management level Bachelor's degree in related field, i.e., Healthcare Administration, Communications Previous hospital experience Previous administrative experience License/Certification Minimum Required: Not Applicable Preferred: Notary Public
