In this role, you will require an understanding of the content landscape across traditional and digital mediums, the ecosystem in which brands operate and the acumen to ensure that client expectations & results are in sync. You will require an in-depth understanding & breaking down of the client's objectives to formulate a content strategy and implementation of the same. Attain strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on diversified category & teams In this role, your goals will be: In three months: Fully immerse in Fulcrum's operational Establish foundational relationships across internal teams and external Formulate a detailed 6-month strategic In six months: Evaluate the overall health and performance of the project portfolio, identifying successful completions, ongoing initiatives, and rejected Implement targeted improvements or Complete the mid-year performance evaluation for all team members and share In 12 months: Produce a significant and impactful body of work that directly contributes to and fulfills all key success criteria for both clients and the agency, while also meeting personal and team performance indicators. Complete the annual performance evaluation for all team members, share performance feedback, and identify training needs for team members What your day job looks like at Mindshare: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and execution of content campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and entertainment platforms. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including media organizations, content creators, platforms, and production companies. Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of content and creative strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content strategy into broader marketing and communication Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of content campaigns and optimize Translate brand objectives into actionable content strategies that drive measurable business
