Details : 5 Day work (Mon-Fri), 8.30AM-5.30PM Salary up to $9000 3 Months Bonus Career Growth Job Scope : 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) Work with department heads to plan manpower needs Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates 2. Employee Relations Handle employee feedback, grievances, and disciplinary matters Foster a positive workplace culture and engagement Ensure smooth communication between management and staff 3. Performance Management Implement appraisal systems and KPIs Guide managers on performance reviews and staff development Identify training and upskilling needs 4. Compensation & Benefits Develop and review salary structures and benefits Ensure competitiveness with market benchmarks Manage payroll coordination (or payroll parking if outsourced 😉) 5. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with MOM regulations in Singapore Develop and update HR policies and SOPs Handle employment contracts and legal matters 6. Training & Development Organise training programs and workshops Support leadership development initiatives Improve employee retention through career growth planning 7. HR Operations & Administration Oversee daily HR operations and documentation Manage HR systems (leave, attendance, employee records) Prepare HR reports and analytics Candidates should have the ability to communicate in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese management and headquarters.
