About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored proposals for last‑mile delivery, warehouse storage, pick‑pack, and fulfillment services.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' operational workflows and recommend optimized delivery or fulfillment solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities (e.g., same‑day delivery, bulk storage, value‑added services).
  • Solution Design & Operational Coordination
  • Work closely with warehouse and delivery operations to design feasible, cost‑efficient service packages.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear SOPs for operations teams.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and ensure proposals meet margin targets.
  • Support the rollout of new services, technology features, or fulfillment capabilities.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, client reports, and revenue projections.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Requirements

  • Experience & Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery, warehouse operations, or e‑commerce fulfillment sales.
  • Strong understanding of delivery workflows, warehouse processes, and e‑commerce seller needs.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate operational capabilities into commercial value propositions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
