Responsibilities
- BAS System Support
- Support operation and maintenance of BAS platforms, including monitoring system performance.
- Troubleshoot BAS issues across hardware, software, network, and field devices.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates to ensure reliability.
- Develop and maintain accurate system documentation, databases, and site guidelines.
- Engineering & Project Execution

- Operations & Collaboration

- Assist with system optimization, trending, and reporting.
- Identify and support implementation of energy savings opportunities.
- Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum 4 years of experience with building automation or control systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems, controls, and field instrumentation.
- Knowledge of control systems components (sensors, actuators, dampers, valves).
- Experience troubleshooting automation systems and supporting maintenance activities.
- Basic understanding of networked control systems and system integration concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Experience with BAS platforms; Schneider Electric EBO experience highly desired.
- Exposure to data trending, historians, or analytics platforms (e.g., PI, OPC).
- Familiarity with commissioning and startup activities.
- Understanding of energy management and sustainability practices.

- $87,300.00 - $137,400.00
- The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
