About the role
Job Description: Assists in tender preparation, analysis and evaluation. Prepares tender bid for Management's approval. Contract administration of secured projects. Responsible to prepare necessary documentations from shortlisting to award of sub contracts, process include evaluation, comparison and recommendation. Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients. Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers / service providers. Liaison with client or consultant's Quantity Surveyors. Maintain constant liaison with project staffs especially Project Director. Monitor records and manage all variation orders. Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excels.
