Responsibilities

- Lead regional contingent workforce compliance initiatives in partnership with HR, Procurement, Legal, and the MSP.
- Support implementation of processes designed to mitigate worker classification, tenure, co-employment, and labor compliance risks.
- Ensure contingent workforce engagements align with company policies, local regulations, and program requirements.
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts as needed.
- Process Improvement & Strategic Projects
- Lead and support key contingent workforce projects focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Evaluate existing regional practices and identify opportunities to standardize and improve contingent workforce processes across studios and business units.
- Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and document process enhancements.
- Support change management efforts related to new policies, workflows, systems, and program initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, studio leadership, hiring managers, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams across Europe.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand local business needs, challenges, and workforce requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on contingent workforce program matters and help drive adoption of program best practices.
- Facilitate communication between regional stakeholders, the MSP, and the global contingent workforce team.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze contingent workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor key program metrics, including compliance, worker tenure, supplier performance, and program adoption.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years (or equivalent) experience in contingent workforce management, workforce solutions, staffing, MSP operations, procurement, HR operations, or a related field.
