Responsibilities
- Build technical curriculum for Foundry and AIP - design labs, exercises, and walkthroughs that reflect real enterprise use cases, not toy examples
- Write clear explanations and reference material for audiences ranging from experienced developers to business analysts configuring their first pipeline
- Maintain and improve existing content - keep curriculum current as the platform evolves, and refine for clarity, pacing, and technical accuracy based on learner feedback
- Support learners asynchronously - answer questions, debug lab issues, and identify recurring friction points that reveal gaps in the curriculum
- Work closely with instructors to improve delivery materials and close the gap between what learners struggle with and what the content actually teaches
- Design assessments and rubrics that measure whether learners are building real capability, not just completing modules
Requirements
- You love making complex things teachable. If you don't get a kick out of finding the cleanest way to land a tricky concept, this role won't feel right.
- You have meaningful Palantir Foundry & AIP experience. This comes from hands-on Foundry work implementing end-to-end use cases over 3+ years, delivering enterprise outcomes on the platform.
- You write clearly and precisely. You can take ambiguous technical material and make it teachable i.e. simplifying without dumbing it down.
- You have good judgment about what learners actually need. You understand the difference between what is technically complete and what is genuinely useful for someone trying to learn.
- You think carefully about how technical people learn. You can structure concepts, examples, and exercises in a way that helps learners progress rather than just absorb information.
- You are proactive and autonomous. You communicate what you are working on before anyone has to ask, and you do not wait for tasks to be assigned.
- Experience building technical curriculum, documentation, labs, or certification content
- Full-stack development experience (any stack - we care about the thinking, not the framework)
- Machine learning experience
- Foreign language skills (English is a must; anything else is a bonus)

Additional Information
Ontologize is the sole Palantir Training & Assessment Partner. We help Palantir customers and partners build the in-house expertise they need to develop and operate AI-enabled solutions independently. We're hiring a Technical Curriculum & Content Developer to build and improve the learning content that powers our Foundry and AIP trainings. This is a curriculum-first role where you will take complex platform workflows and turn them into clear, structured learning experiences - labs, exercises, walkthroughs, assessments, and reference material for both technical and business-facing learners. You will work closely with our instructors and directly shape what they deliver. This role is not primarily about leading live sessions, but about making sure the underlying curriculum is technically strong, well sequenced, and useful for learners. You should be willing to critique learning design, not just produce documents: if a module is technically accurate but hard to learn from, your job is to make it better. Over time, strong performers who are interested in teaching may grow into delivery responsibilities, but that is a future path, not a day-one expectation. You would be joining a small, distributed company with teammates across the US, Paris, and Rio de Janeiro, working from our Bengaluru office in Whitefield. The expectation for this role in 3+ days in office.
