Scope of Position This self-directed and energetic individual, as part of the Franklin HR team, will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for the HR team, all activities related to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and general administrative tasks. This position reports to the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator is on site and is based in Franklin, NH. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for data entry into Workday, Service Now, UltiPro notification to payroll, as needed. Actions include new hires, termination, job change, compensation requests, leave of absence requests, general benefits and payroll questions. Support HRBPs with monthly reporting and presentations, as requested. Responsible for voluntary exit interview facilitation, immigration support where needed, supporting managers with disciplinary action recording, partner with benefits and payroll on termination actions, support HRBP on drafting termination agreements. Act as point of contact for employee questions - triage as needed. Partner with other HR Business Partners and Managers across the region, where needed. The HR Coordinator will provide special project support in areas of Workday, Talent and Learning and Development and Recruitment. Other special projects will be assigned. Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by HR Manager or Company management.
