- Review, analyze, and redline trading‑related legal documentation (including master agreements, confirmations, amendments, and guarantees), providing substantive input and commentary to Legal and Credit.
- Coordinate onboarding, negotiation, and execution workflows with traders, Legal, Credit, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and external counterparties to minimize iteration and accelerate resolution.
- Rapidly assess, prioritize, and re‑prioritize work in response to urgent or "hot" trading needs while maintaining control over existing deliverables.
- Identify legal, operational, and contractual risks early, escalating issues with clear, practical, and solutions‑oriented recommendations.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for designated agreements and counterparties, maintaining institutional knowledge, continuity, and oversight.
- Support the development, maintenance, and auditability of standard trading documentation and complete contract files in partnership with Legal, reflecting evolving legal, business, and market developments.
