Warehouse Executive (Tuas / Immediate / Up to $3.5k + AWS + VB)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead customer service and warehouse staff to fulfil customer orders efficiently
• Coordinate with customers via email and phone on documentation, administration, and issue resolution
• Monitor shipment clearance and ensure timely delivery operations
• Track and achieve KPIs for inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Process customer billing and ensure invoices are issued promptly
• Extract, compile, and analyse data using Microsoft Office tools
• Enforce workplace safety practices and communicate safety updates to the team
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Execute corrective actions to address operational performance issues
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain product and service standards
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience
• Proven hands-on experience as a Warehouse Supervisor , with strong leadership experience managing operational teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, stock audits, and logistics coordination
