Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Promote and maintain a safe, inclusive, and quality-focused work environment across all installation and material handling activities.
- Conduct regular field safety observations, provide real-time feedback and corrective coaching to craft personnel.

- Conduct a minimum of four (4) Construction Quality Surveillances (CQS) per month on in-progress work and issue reports with findings and recommendations.
- Identify installation or quality issues, assist in developing corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution by the responsible party (contractor, vendor, or internal team).
- Support project quality and turnover by tracking inspection and testing documentation and ensuring completeness and traceability.
- Maintain and submit Construction Daily Logs summarizing work activities, safety observations, manpower, equipment, and progress.
- Update and maintain Contractor Weekly Progress Tracking Sheets per commodity (e.g., concrete, piping, equipment setting, structural steel).
- Coordinate the transfer, receipt, and issuance of materials, equipment, and parts between vendors, warehouses, and the project site.
- Monitor and track all material requirements, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation of shipments.
- Maintain communication with vendors and procurement to resolve shortages, discrepancies, or technical clarifications related to materials and equipment.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and specifications, ensuring that received materials meet project and quality standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive Master Material and Equipment Tracking Log, updated weekly, record material status, shipping details, storage location, and installation readiness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and construction supervision to ensure proper material staging and preservation in alignment with project schedules.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure alignment with overall project milestones, budgets, and resource availability.

- Ideal Background
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is preferred.
- Licensing: No licensing is required for this position.
- Experience: This position requires a minimum 5 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
