Responsibilities
- Microsoft Teams Engineering & Operations
- Own and manage Microsoft Teams services including Chat, Meetings, Channels, Apps, and Integrations

- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and architecture documentation aligned with ITSM practices
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on Teams best practices
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, leadership, and end users during incidents and changes
- Required Skills :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or strong hands-on experience
- 5+ years hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale
- Expertise in:
