Engineer (Structural)

Responsibilities

• As a Structural Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our offshore execution team. You'll design and prepare technical solutions for heavy lift projects, and you'll get the chance to go offshore to see your work come to life.
• Your day-to-day will include:
• Designing lifting arrangements consisting of slings, shackles and specialized lifting equipment.
• Designing large steel support structures, lift points, and various other structures required during the offshore installation.
• Review of structural deliverables (construction reports and drawings) from your colleagues and clients.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams across disciplines.
• Who You'll Work With

Requirements

• You're a driven, hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy solving complex problems and seeing your ideas in action offshore. You're also someone who:
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Offshore, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
• Has 2-5 years of experience in (offshore) structural engineering of steel structures.
• Has Affinity with project preparation and execution of offshore projects.
• Communicates clearly in English and works well across cultures.
• Is open to offshore assignments and international travel.
