Should have knowledge of Maintenance of Pump, Valves, Seals, Mechanical Seal, rotary equipment etc. Ensuring Minimum down time of the equipment's. Draw material from store required for maintenance activity. Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors Maintaining and up keeping the area as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements and putting continuous efforts for improvement in quality and Productivity. Executing the preventive maintenance activities. Implementing safe working practices. To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations. To rectify the day to day works, Handling of changeover Modification works. Maintaining and up keeping the area and equipment's as per the cGMP requirements. Continuously working on to improve/upgrade the safety of the plant and in adherence to EHS policy.
