  • Monitor and analyze market-level CRM performance trends, applying insights and experimentation strategies to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency
  • Partner closely with Global CRM Strategy, Campaign Operations, Audience/Data teams, Product, and regional marketing teams to align lifecycle initiatives and execution priorities
  • Build and optimize CRM campaigns and automated journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) to support regional lifecycle strategies
  • Help evolve operational processes, workflows, and campaign frameworks that improve scalability and execution consistency across international markets

  • Qualifications/Requirements
  • 6-8+ years experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
  • Deep familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local compliance (required)
  • Strong understanding of email, SMS, and push marketing best practices
  • Experience working with segmentation logic and audience targeting
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Experience working across multiple markets or global teams is a strong plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, global environment

This role is responsible for defining and evolving regional CRM strategies that drive vendor acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term market growth across diverse international markets. You will serve as the strategic CRM lead for International Vendor Marketing, partnering cross-functionally with Global CRM, Regional Marketing, Product, Data, and Enterprise teams to deliver localized, scalable, and high-impact customer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, regional growth, localization, and CRM innovation. Success in this role requires balancing global consistency with local market nuance - identifying opportunities to scale lifecycle programs while adapting engagement strategies to regional customer behaviors, business priorities, operational realities, and compliance requirements.
