Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal clients and business units to identify and analyze business needs, requirements, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Design and document business process flows, including diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

  • Support training initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of new or updated processes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree or prolonged course of study in a specialized field, or equivalent experience aligned with business needs.
  • 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree in the following areas: Business process management, data analysis, requirements mapping, and workflow management.
  • State-of-the-art data and analytics tools.
  • Experience in disciplined execution, managing priorities, and delivering results within complex projects.
  • Create dashboards and scorecards that align with business objectives.
  • Semiconductor foundry domain or related high tech manufacturing industry.
  • 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years with a Master's degree.
