Job Summary Loenbro Midwest is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to provide day‑to‑day safety leadership on a major power plant project in Lincoln, Nebraska. This management‑level role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, elevating safety performance across site operations, and maintaining a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong construction safety expertise with a focus on electrical systems and mission‑critical environments. Essential Job Responsibilities Enforce Loenbro's safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities. Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals. Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance. Lead incident and near‑miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs. Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives. Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts. Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
