Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of DRAM (DDR/LPDDR/GDDR) related tasks in system integration, verification and qualification. Work content includes: Define necessary features, configuration & operation details, and associated SoC/FW requirements Verification and validation strategy Production testing and qualification strategy Failure Analysis in system development, qualification and RMA phases Interaction with DRAM vendors DRAM selection strategy for current and future products REQUIRED: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field 13+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) experience in NAND flash-based or related system design Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders Knowledge of DDR/LPDDR/GDDR specifications, features, and operational details PREFERRED: Chip design experience with DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, and HBM System integration experience with individual DRAM packages Familiarity with AI server hardware/software frameworks Familiarity with PCIe, Toggle Mode/ONFI, and other high-speed interfaces
