Infrastructure System Engineer (up to $4,000 + AWS + PB)

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, and support AI/HPC infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as design plans, statements of work, and test reports.
• Collaborate on projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and technical objectives.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution of technical incidents
• Work closely with vendors and customers to manage technical support cases and ensure resolutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and participate in relevant training and certifications.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and general IT infrastructure (networking, virtualisation, or storage)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
