We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. - Assist Career Management and Assessment Manager in strategy development, implementation and evaluation. - Provide technical advice in work area or related business unit on Career Management and Assessment related issues. - Design Career Management policies and procedure. - Implement Succession Management Policies and Processes. - Maintain and monitor the data of future leader's strengths, developmental. opportunities, and succession readiness, to have reliable data for management decision. - Coordinate with BCL&D division in executing development programs for successor and evaluating the impacts. - Monitor career path and job family implementation for all position in BINUS. - Maintain up to date valid data base use to support better staffing decisions for key jobs position. - Ensure the Talent Management module in ERP HR is effective, up to date and well implemented. - Ensure the reference check process implementation process as mandatory requirement from the organization to review of background materials (e.g. education checking (school transcripts, credit history), employment experience, etc.). - Participate in designing Career Management Policies and Processes. - Coordinate and monitor job movement process and procedures. - Assist in providing recommendation for user in deciding the continuity of job transfer/rotation/promotion process. - Ensure the readiness of supporting documents for job transfer/rotation/ promotion (e.g. decree letter). - Monitor assessment schedule and coordinate it with talent assessment (assessor). - Evaluate current Career Management process and suggest further improvement. - Ensure implementation of various Career Management project and improvement in related area. - Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. Education Requirement: - Minimum Master Degree in Psychology - Has obtained pendidikan profesi psikolog - Has "surat ijin praktek psikologi" Work Exposure/ Experience: - Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or - Minimum 4 years working experience Special Skills/ Certification: - Knowledge and analysis skill related to career management and assessment If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
