Grade Level (for internal use): 11 About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: This candidate will be joining a high performing and successful sponsorship team, briming with energy and passion for delivering quality products. The candidate will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages, exhibition space, advertisement and digital products across a global portfolio of industry leading conferences, magazines, training courses and media platforms. Responsibilities and Impact: Ability to close sales and grow accounts across flagship products, new launches and digital solutions Manage and implement the Sponsorship deliverables according to the contracts Work with the research team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target audience/prospects for your portfolio of products Work directly with the Researchers and Marketing teams to generate sales leads, follow a sales campaign and strategy, as well as research the market to generate/qualify new leads Attend competitor trade shows and S&P events - international travel required Develop new products, packages and revenue streams
Requirements
- Basic Required Qualifications:
- Strong, proven seller of high value sponsorship packages. Minimum 4 years sponsorship sales selling B2B, senior level business conferences
- Clear, demonstrable understanding of the sales process, and able to build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Hard working and comfortable with a fast pace of work
- Experience using sales software such as CRM Systems, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional languages - Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Japanese
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Chemicals and/or Finance sectors
