You will join a vibrant team of frontend engineers, contributing to the high-traffic Customer Web application (glovoapp.com), our internal Backoffice tools that power daily operations, and various institutional websites. You won't just be writing code; you'll be building "pixel-perfect" UIs and helping evolve Pintxo, our internal design system. We believe in working smarter, which is why AI assistance is actively used and encouraged to help you solve straightforward problems and accelerate your learning journey. This is a role designed for growth, where you will solve straightforward problems with the support of senior mentors. The Journey Feature Development: Develop individual, well-defined features and components across our web applications. Code Quality: Write clean, readable, and tested code covered by automated tests that follow common software engineering practices. Architecture Awareness: Seek to understand the design of services owned by your team, including internal structures, data layers, and dependencies. Collaboration: Get your designs and code reviewed to grow your skills while troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner. User Centricity: Maintain a user-centric perspective, striving to understand customer pain points and empathizing with their issues to improve the product. What You Bring to the Ride ๐ŸŽ๏ธ Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience: While we encourage those with no prior professional experience to apply (such as recent graduates), candidates with up to 2 years of relevant full-time experience are also very welcome. Technical Foundation: Good knowledge of foundational software engineering and data structures. Familiarity with frontend technologies: React, Semantic HTML, TypeScript, and CSS. Understanding of unit testing and development best practices (observability, maintainability). Soft Skills: Full professional English proficiency and a proactive, "constant learner" mentality.
