Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to support product introductions, process changes, and capacity improvements.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related discipline).
- 3-7+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing or implementing manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Experience developing and maintaining process or machinery specifications.
- Hands‑on experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process design, and equipment integration.
- Ability to analyze process performance data and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Experience with process documentation, validation, and change management.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and production readiness concepts.
