About the role

At Wildflower Grove ABA, our approach is play-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered, designed to meet each child's unique short- and long-term needs. We strongly believe that collaboration with families is essential to a child's success and growth. At the heart of the practice is a neuro-affirming philosophy: seeing each child as a whole person, not a diagnosis. As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement
  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Requirements

  • Current RBT Certification (required)
  • Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required)
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
  • Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25-40 lbs, and engaging in active play
