  • Qualifications & Experience
  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong business architecture expertise and hands-on Pega experience:
  • Pega Business Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in designing and delivering Pega-based case management solutions, with a strong understanding of business process transformation
  • Strategic & Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate in a leadership capacity, defining business architecture, operating models, and solution approaches
  • End-to-End Case Management Design: Experience in designing complex case lifecycles, workflows, and customer journeys within Pega
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving consensus on solution direction
  • Agile Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience working in agile environments, contributing to backlog definition, prioritisation, and iterative delivery
  • Integration & Ecosystem Awareness: Understanding of integrating Pega with enterprise systems and aligning business processes across platforms
  • Pega Certification: Preferably holds Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or higher (e.g., CSSA/CLSA with strong business architecture exposure)
  • Problem-Solving & Domain Alignment: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical, business-driven solutions within the case management domain
