Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations-including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.
• Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress.
• Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Additional Responsibilities
• Operate and work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining open communication across all levels.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in diverse environments - from cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C) - while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (or more depending on facility needs).
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels.
• Bilingual Preferred
