- Ability to devise solutions to complex problems/ challenges.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including SharePoint and other Microsoft applications
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Developed customer service skills.

Through our transmission and distribution network we provide power to customers in Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and North Shropshire as well as Central and Southern Scotland. As a technical Support (Design) you will provide Support in the delivery of the ENATS 43 - 8, ETR 132 and reactive works including ESQCR, HFR and General Enquiry Cases ensuring the appropriate circuits and sites are issued to contractors and support in the reporting and programming of cutting works. This will include planning outages to clear sites impacted by vegetation.
