- Resolve technical, planning and budget issues to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Liaise with third-party contractors to establish realistic timescales and effective working practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to suppliers, workshop technicians and assembly teams.
- Ensure process requirements are effectively integrated into automation and control systems.
- Lead and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning activities, including coordinating customer FATs.
- Manage individual project tasks and associated resources to maximise efficiency in relation to cost, quality and delivery schedules, while providing regular progress updates to Project Managers.
- Work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines and projects simultaneously.
- Performance
- Ensure all engineering information and documentation is checked and approved in accordance with company requirements.
- Take ownership of allocated tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently while meeting project cost, schedule and quality objectives.

- Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technological discipline, preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficient in AutoCAD or a similar CAD package (essential).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical process systems and equipment qualification procedures would be advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
