Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance , or a related business discipline such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred
- Preferred graduation dates: December 2026, May 2027, December 2027, or May 2028
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint preferred
- Ability to commute to the San Francisco office 2-3 days per week
- Demonstrated interest in Insurance, including Professional Liability and Executive Liability, as well as leadership, strategy, and/or business operations
- Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience or exposure to data analysis, process improvement, and/or project coordination
- Prior internship experience, leadership roles, or active campus involvement preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
