Your Role: Act as a servant-leader to an Agile team, removing impediments and ensuring team efficiency while effectively engaging stakeholders and leadership to address issues. You will be responsible for : Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, multi-functional abilities, and domain knowledge; communicate effectively within the team and with partners. Act as a servant-leader to an Agile team; remove impediments and ensure team efficiency; engage stakeholders and leadership to address issues. Identify and share coaching trends with the Agile Coach and/or Center of Excellence (COE). Work with Product Owners to understand business priorities and the items to be groomed for upcoming sprints; coach on story writing and story splitting as needed. Partner with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and manage dependencies to support delivery commitments across teams. Coordinate and track Agile-related work through Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence). Adhere to and continuously improve Agile principles, processes, and metrics. The Experience You Bring: Work Experience / Knowledge: 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile delivery lead, driving execution across multiple squads and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven ability to coach teams in self-organization, multi-functional capabilities, and continuous improvement using Scrum and/or Kanban practices. Strong working knowledge of Agile principles, processes, and metrics; able to apply them consistently across multiple teams and project efforts. Hands-on experience partnering with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, story writing, and story splitting to support sprint readiness. Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution; able to influence without direct authority. Experience managing inter-team dependencies and delivery commitments in coordination with other Scrum Masters and shared partners. Proficiency coordinating and tracking Agile work using Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), with strong planning, organization, and reporting skills. Inter-personal skills / Other attributes required: Adept at stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution. Collaborative and solutions oriented. Proactive; anticipates challenges and roadblocks and proposes resolutions. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
