Airfreight Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage airfreight import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as AWB, invoices, and permits for accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with airlines, agents, and customers to facilitate smooth airfreight operations
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients to maintain transparency
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures to avoid delays and penalties
• Identify and resolve shipment issues efficiently to minimize operational disruptions
• Use MS Office tools to document and report shipment status and related information
• Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in airfreight or logistics
• Familiarity with airfreight procedures and documentation
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Salary: $2,600 - $4,000 (commensurate with experience)
