What you will need to do: Conduct site surveys and provide detailed reports based on survey findings. Perform quantity surveying for all mechanical equipment and materials related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Prepare the scope of work for all mechanical disciplines, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing. Prepare cost estimations for the project, covering labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Prepare purchase requisitions for the tender stage and awarded projects, based on project design requirements and quantity take-offs for mechanical materials, systems, and equipment. Prepare material submittals in line with project specifications, ensure full compliance with specifications, and obtain consultant approval. Develop detailed shop drawings in coordination with all relevant disciplines. Perform all necessary mechanical calculations for the mechanical systems. Maintain knowledge of international standards and codes (such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, NPC, ASPE, etc.). Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that material delivery schedules align with the project timeline. Provide technical support to the site team for any site-related issues What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity (international project experience is highly preferred). Good knowledge of HVAC systems, firefighting systems, and water & sewage networks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
