Responsibilities
- Technical Solution Design : Develop system layouts and configurations for UL508A control panels, UL891 switchboards, UL67 panelboards, ATSs, UPSs, MV switchboards, and pad-mount transformers with minimal oversight, utilizing your engineering background to deliver innovative solutions
- Value Engineering : Propose alternative solutions to optimize cost, performance, and lead times, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
- Quoting and Documentation : Lead the quoting process for large-scale or customized projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of documentation
- Collaboration : Work closely with business development, engineering, production, and senior leadership to support new product lines, target emerging industries, and drive market expansion initiatives
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in the enhancement of sales tools, processes, and training programs, contributing feedback and innovative ideas to improve team performance
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or relevant field experience
- 2+ years of prior sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex products to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering thorough and accurate proposals and documentation
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow in a high-performance sales environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
