Position Summary Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for: Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned to client business and technical requirements. Build and enhance workflows, forms, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs. Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization for ServiceNow implementations. Contribute to project deliverables, documentation, estimation, and technical work products across the implementation lifecycle.
