Apple/macOS SME

Requirements

• Eight years of experience in information technology (IT), endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Six years of engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience building and maintaining Windows and mac OS workstation images and integrating them with VDI, authentication, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and logging agents.
• Experience using JAMF Pro for mac OS endpoint management.
• Experience with logging, audit readiness, and formal change control.
• Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

Who We're Looking For (Position Overview): The Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports the endpoint engineering team with specialized expertise in macOS workstation imaging, secure baseline configuration, device enrollment, patching, logging, and lifecycle management.
