About the role
Primary Function of Position: As a member of the UK & Ireland Marketing team, the primary functions of the Product Portfolio & Digital Marketing Manager role are to lead on the development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for the Product and Digital portfolios. The product portfolio will include da Vinci systems, Advanced Technologies, Instruments and Accessories and Digital Solutions including Intuitive Hub, My Intuitive and SIMNOW. You will be responsible for developing value messaging, KOL development and scaling the success of existing and newly launched products while accelerating the adoption of Intuitive's product and digital portfolios across the UK and Ireland. This position will work collaboratively with UKI and EU marketing, sales and ecosystem functions to drive utilization in targeted procedures for both portfolios. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills that will drive a collaborative and adaptable approach across business functions to execute on the commercial strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: Build and leverage product management skillsets to manage the existing da Vinci Systems, Advanced Technology, I&A and Digital portfolios. Create go-to-market strategies for new products within multiple surgical specialties through close collaboration with the Clinical Marketing, Sales leadership and Training teams on launch strategies and tactics to increase utilization. Integrate the digital portfolio into the commercial teams, to drive awareness and adoption of the entire Intuitive Ecosystem in alignment with business goals. Engage key customers to create and develop reference centers to accelerate technology adoption and utilization of da Vinci systems, Advanced Technologies and Digital solutions. Create clinical and economic reference stories (QTIs) and marketing collateral that articulates the value proposition associated with Intuitive's technologies. Develop analytical, scalable tools to monitor the portfolio, competition, and opportunities, in collaboration with the Sales Operations Team, to leverage data that informs marketing and sales strategies and opportunities. Identify and scale best demonstrated practices through Key Opinion Leaders and the Field Sales team to improve regional variation in technology adoption and utilization. Identify and develop Product Champions for existing and newly launched products across surgical specialties. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and European Product Marketing to develop localized value propositions and messaging for Intuitive's technologies. Partner with European and Regional Marketing and Sales at conferences and tradeshows, Executive Education Events, Market Development Events, and Key Customer events, to deliver impactful product demonstrations (test-drives), technology presentations, and ensure the key product messaging is included in Intuitive-sponsored presentations and customer interactions. Grow Energy and Stapling utilization across the UK and Ireland and support sales by implementing new sales tools and collateral. Develop and maintain procedural knowledge and key surgeon relationships by attending cases and collaborating with Regional and EU Marketing. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline. Chartered Institute of Marketing or Advanced Diploma preferred. 8+ year's experience within a medical device or therapeutic company. 4+ years of Clinical/Product marketing experience within a medical device or therapeutic company. Proven ability to effectively position, launch and message product/procedure. Demonstrated ability to work creatively, prioritize and smoothly manage goals and initiatives with competing priorities. Strong commercial acumen to drive product adoption. Self-starter with ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills across multiple constituents. A keen ability to manage projects, keeping budgeting, organizing, prioritizing and coping with multiple tasks. Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite. Ability to travel 20-30%.
