Job Description Position Summary Engagement with parents and families of new CSU students during the new student onboarding process including Ram Orientation. Engagement with families primarily includes delivering presentations during Ram Orientation (in-person and virtual synchronous) and includes communication and outreach to families. Full Consideration Date: For full consideration, applications must be received by June 1, 2026. About Us: https://parentsandfamily.colostate.edu/ Essential Duties Delivers presentations during Ram Orientation in both in-person and virtual synchronous modalities; customizes the presentation content for both first-year and transfer families. Interprets CSU policy and procedures to parents and families navigating CSU; refers parents and families to appropriate campus staff and resources. Provides guidance, coaching and training to university staff and administrators about parent and family engagement, opportunities, and the role families have with enrollment and student success.
