Roles & Responsibilities Able to draw facade shop drawings and design sketches Check structural drawings and architectural drawings for any design concerns or discrepancies Attend necessary design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposal, and write meeting minutes Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical concerns Raise RFIs for any design / technical concerns / issues Provide technical advice to team Submit shop drawings and follow up upon approval Monitor the shop drawing and approval schedule Monitor the design changes or additional scope of work Support the project team for any site issues when necessary Report to Design Manager or Team Leader Experienced in preparing fabrication drawings Prepare and submit material samples and follow up until approval
