Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in nursing management? If so, AdvisaCare is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program. Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements. Current CPR and TB test certifications. Experience in hospice care is preferred.
