Sales Co Ordinator/ Customer Services Executive - Metal

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing customer orders, contracts, and shipment coordination.
• Prepare sales contracts, offers, invoices, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate closely with customers, logistics providers, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contract execution, shipment schedules, and payment timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, shipments, inventory, and customer information.
• Prepare sales reports and support commercial analysis.
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely customer updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 2-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Commercial Support, Trade Operations, Customer Service, Import/Export, or Logistics Coordination.
• Experience in metals, non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, steel, mining, ferroalloys, manganese, commodities, shipping, or trading industries is highly preferred.
• Familiar with international trade documentation, Incoterms, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
