  • Demonstrated experience in leading retail teams and/or store networks, combined with wholesale team management
  • Experience in interior finishing is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth in complex, international environments
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset - equally comfortable in boardroom discussions and field execution
  • Excellent people leader, capable of inspiring, structuring and scaling teams
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Affinity for the built environment, complex project delivery, and client-driven commercial culture
